Pivot Point Families and Couples offers a number of groups.
Please see description of all available groups below.

MAt Group

Medically Assisted Treatment is a evidence based intervention that has helped many people along their recovery journey. However, these medications can still carry undue stigma in certain recovery communities. This group will provide a space for individuals on MAT to get support during their recovery and provide support to their peers. Common obstacles to recovery will be discussed and processed.

Long-Term recovery Group

Being in long-term recovery can be a unique experience in which new obstacles and challenge arise which may be best handled in a clinical setting. This group will provide a space for individuals in long-term recovery to processes these challenges and support each other. The requirement for this group is 2 years of abstinence from mind- and mood-altering substances, or a process addiction such as gambling. All recovery paths are welcome.

Co-Occurring group

Being diagnosed with a substance use disorder and a co-occuring mental health disorder presents a unique challenge. While substance use disorders may be addressed appropriately in mutual help groups, mental health challenges are not always understood appropriately.
