Trina Lion
graduate level intern
Trina Lion is an MSW student at Salisbury University who has worked in health care for over 18 years. She is currently the Eastern Meditation and Movement Specialist at the Retreat at Sheppard Pratt Health System. Trina helps individuals process experiences, gain stress management skills, and build daily structure. She takes a particular clinical interest in trauma, addictions, and military service. As a former educator, Trina is also concerned with the challenges and progress of students (of all ages). Lastly, having lived abroad for a decade, Trina cares about how relocation impacts both individuals and families.
Trina will be teaching a free weekly Health and Wellness class by Zoom on Fridays from 12-1pm.

Trina has lectured on wellness at Johns Hopkins University, University of Maryland, Mercy Medical Center, and Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital.
